This is my first attempt at carving a stacked cake to create a clutch purse look. I am pleased with the way it turned out, but learned a few things from this practice run. I will be making this again next week. This cake is chocolate cake with Raspberry filling and covered in fondant. The silver metal clasp is made out of gumpaste
